What’s the difference between individual sessions and packages?
Individual sessions provide one-off support
Multi-session packages, however, provide a more cost-effective way for you to make consistent progress over time
Can I work with Gentle Consulting remotely?
Yes:
All individual coaching sessions are offered remotely
Team capability building may be conducted in-person or virtually
Work conducted at the systems level (organization and operating model) will typically benefit from some or all of the work being conducted on-site at your offices, face-to-face with you and your stakeholders
Do you help with team off-sites or internal training?
Yes:
We design and facilitate flagship learning programs, leadership workshops, and team-building sessions
We also offer a train-the-trainer model if you would like to be able to deliver internally
